We offer free UK Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery, with most orders arriving in 2–3 working days. We also offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery for £2.99, with most orders arriving in 1–2 working days. Orders placed before 1pm, Monday to Friday, are usually dispatched the same working day.

Every order includes a 1-year warranty covering faults or issues that arise with normal use. The warranty does not cover lost earphones, accidental damage, or incorrect care, such as washing the earphones directly in water. If something genuinely goes wrong, we aim to make the process fast and hassle-free, without long delays or drawn-out repair processes.
