Refund policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days since placing your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item does not need to be in brand-new or unopened condition. However, please ensure that all accessories, including the spare ear tips and USB-C charging cable, are included with the earphones. Additionally, kindly make sure the earphones have been wiped clean and are free of earwax before returning. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@runbuds.co.uk. Our support team will assist you with the procedure to get a refund.
We do not currently offer free return labels, unless you received a defective or wrong item.
1-Year Warranty
Our RunBuds earphones come with a 1-year warranty (excluding open-box earphones, which are not sold as new). If your earphones experience any defects, you are entitled to a brand-new replacement.
The warranty is void if the item is damaged intentionally, exposed to water/heat outside of its IPX certification, or not cared for appropriately.

Cancellations
If you request a cancellation within a few working hours of placing the order, we may be able to cancel it before dispatch.
However, since we usually dispatch orders the next working day, it might already be on its way. If that’s the case, please contact our support team to arrange a return once it arrives, and we will issue you a refund.
Refunds
After you have sent your order back to us (within 30 days of placing your order), our team will inspect the goods to ensure they are in sellable condition.
Refunds are usually processed within 2–3 working days. Your payment provider may then take a few additional days to complete the transaction, which is outside of our control.
