Refund policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days since placing your order to request for a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@runbuds.co.uk. Our support team, will assist you with the procedure to get a refund.
We do not currently offer free returns labels, unless you received a defective/wrong item.
1 Year Warranty
Our RunBuds earphones come with a 1-year warranty (excluding open-box earphones, which are not sold as new items). If your earphones experience any defects, you are entitled to a brand-new replacement.
The warranty is voided under intentional damage, exposure to water/heat outside of IPX7 certification or inadequate care of the item.

Cancellations
Should you request a cancellation, within a few working hours of placing the order, there is a good chance that we can cancel the order for you.
However, since we usually dispatch our orders the next working day, it might be too late. If that does happen, then please contact our support team to arrange a return and we will issue you a refund.
Refunds
After you have sent your order back to us (within 30 days of your order). Our team will inspect the goods, to make sure they are in sellable condition.
You should expect the refund to be processed within 2-3 working days. The payment processor which you used to make the order, will process the refund which can taken an extra few working days. Unfortunately, we do not have control over how fast they carry out the refund.
