RunBuds Affiliate Program Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 2025

By signing up for the RunBuds Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part, you should not participate in the program.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to participate. RunBuds reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Commissions

2.1. Commission Eligibility

Affiliates earn a commission for qualifying purchases made through tracked affiliate links. A qualifying purchase is defined as a valid, completed order by a referred customer that is not cancelled, refunded, or altered in a way that voids the original sale.

2.2. Order Exchanges, Refunds, and Cancellations

If a customer cancels or returns an order, the associated commission will be reversed.
If a customer exchanges a product and the original order is refunded as part of the process, the commission will also be cancelled.
Commissions will only remain valid if the exchange is processed without refunding the original transaction and the new product is of equal or greater value.
RunBuds reserves the right to reverse or withhold commissions from orders flagged as fraudulent or suspicious.

2.3. Payouts

Commission payouts will be made according to the schedule and method specified in your affiliate dashboard. A minimum payout threshold may apply.

3. Promotional Guidelines

Affiliates must represent RunBuds and its products truthfully and accurately. Misleading claims, spam, or unauthorised advertising (including paid search bidding on branded terms) are prohibited.

4. Use of Intellectual Property

Affiliates may use RunBuds logos, banners, and product images provided by RunBuds. These may not be modified and must be used solely for affiliate promotion. All intellectual property remains the sole property of RunBuds.

5. Termination

RunBuds may terminate your participation in the program at any time for violation of these Terms or any behavior deemed harmful to the brand. You may also terminate your participation at any time by notifying us in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

RunBuds is not liable for indirect or incidental damages resulting from participation in the affiliate program. We do not guarantee uninterrupted tracking or earnings due to technical failures or external interference.

7. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
